These No-Bake Protein Energy Balls are the perfect healthy snack for busy moms, kids, and anyone looking for a quick, protein-packed bite! They’re easy to make, require no baking, and are packed with oats, peanut butter, protein powder, and superfoods like chia and flaxseeds.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- 2 scoops protein powder (I use my favorite ever)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- Handful of dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup flaxseeds
Instructions
- Mix everything together – In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, and flaxseeds. Stir well until fully combined.
- Roll into small balls – Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Chill & Set – Place them in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
Make It Toddler-Friendly!

- Skip the protein powder – Instead, add ½ cup mashed banana for natural sweetness and a softer texture.
- Use mini chocolate chips or swap them for raisins or finely chopped dried fruit to make them easier to chew.
- Opt for natural peanut butter with no added sugar or salt for a healthier option.
